Joy: It's in the vault too!

     I hope December finds you in great spirits. I know that I am filled with joy this time of year. I know four lines that pretty much sum up this time of year for me:

Joy to the world, the Lord has come.
Let earth receive her King.
Let every heart prepare Him room,
And Heaven and Nature sing.

     Is your heart preparing Him room right now? Or are you busy preparing for everyone else? Take time out first to remember why we celebrate Christmas and the joy and hope it brings to our very existence. I know this time of year may be difficult for some of you, maybe your struggling financially, in your marriage, or maybe you have a sick loved one. Don't let the physical problems that you may have right now overshadow the joy of the season. This is my prayer for you all. Romans 15:13 says, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
